A little about myself, education and experience. Growing up around home building, my family has been in the construction industry for my entire life, its in my blood. I always find myself involved with remodeling, upgrading homes. I started in the early 90's with new construction walk thru inspections. I worked for a large developer in South Florida. They developed and built over 600,000 homes in various counties in South Florida. That was one of my favorite jobs. I also have experience in property management, overseeing a multi-million dollar commercial property and maintaining the property to the highest standards. I completed 120 hours of instruction and Licensed with the state of Florida. I am a member of InterNACHI and have completed over 75 CE credit hours of instruction and certified not only as a home inspector but also in 4-point inspections, wind mitigation, manufactured homes, Electrical inspections, water heater inspection, Advanced HVAC Inspections, and Roof Inspection, Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice Certification. Which leads me to the current moment of owning Integrity Home Inspections, LLC. I look forward to helping you make the educated decision on your next home. I love helping people, nature, and spending time on the water.
